The document is aimed at the improvement of the normative and legal basis on the notification of the enterprises, organizations and institutions about the mobilization tasks (orders).
The Law extends authorities of the central and local executive bodies and other public authority and local self-government bodies as to the notification of the enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespective of their form of ownership about the mobilization tasks (orders).
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No5069.
